Whilst all reasonable efforts have be made to ensure that Instant Quit information is wholly true and accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or omissions.
Appointments
All initial Instant Quit appointments are subject to a £50 deposit that is to be paid at the time of booking the appointment to reserve the appointment and for pre-appointment administration. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the Instant Quit fee is payable at the start of the appointment prior to receiving treatment. With regards to all appointments, late arrivals may be subject to a re-booking, or waiting period, according to our discretion. It is requested that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, as you will need to complete a medical questionnaire prior to receiving your treatment.
Second Free Quit Smoking Treatment
If you do not succeed in quitting smoking after one treatment/therapy, Instant Quit will provide you with a second treatment/therapy for FREE (as long as booked within 21 days of the first appointment). The follow-up appointment is only FOC if the treatment has been followed exactly as described by the practitioner. Otherwise, a fee of £50 will be charged. For follow-up appointments 3-5 weeks the cost is £75. Over 5 weeks, the reduced amount of £195 will be charged. All payments are non-refundable and are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Confidentiality
All information provided to us is kept strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties. If you are kind enough to provide us with a testimonials.php, it may be included in promotional material, however your full name will not be disclosed, without your written permission.
